• All meaningful biological special programs (SBS) are triggered by a conflict shock simultaneously on the three levels of psyche, brain and organ.
• The respective biological conflict determines, at the moment of the conflict shock, which meaningful biological special program (SBS) is initiated. This means that at the moment of the experiential shock, depending on the person's perception, a linkage of the three levels psyche ("compulsive thinking"), brain (Hamers' focus) and organ (specific tissue / cells) is created in the organism.
• The course of the meaningful biological special program (SBS) is always synchronous on the three levels.
Regarding criterion 1:
A situation can be defined as a conflict shock when we are caught on the "wrong foot." An unexpected loss of control experienced at the instinct level that makes us pause and demands the reaction "attack" or "run away," without us having time to engage the mind for this reaction. The biological conflict is therefore not of a psychic nature and only effects a change in our psyche so that action and feeling can adapt and the conflict can be resolved. The situation does not have to be obviously dramatic; a fright when opening the door at the suddenly standing person one did not expect, or a bumped glass that threatens to tip over, is enough – simply an unexpected moment. It is not the drama of the situation that is decisive, but the extent to which it was to be expected and was experienced.
If the three criteria for a conflict shock
1. Highly acute-dramatic (event occurs within a fraction of a second), 2. Unexpected (the event was not foreseeable) and 3. Isolating (the event is experienced with a feeling of loneliness)
are fulfilled simultaneously, a conflict shock is given.
The biological conflict affects the entire organism and causes the three levels psyche, brain, organ to react. Every state of one level has an equivalent in the other levels.
Regarding criterion 2:
Conflict contents are defined at the moment of the conflict shock. Each conflict content is assigned a fixed psychic change, specifically a certain location of the Hamers' focus in the brain and an associated organ change. Which conflict content is subconsciously classified depends on the type of biological need.
Regarding criterion 3:
The three levels psyche, brain, organ form a common level that is divided into three individually diagnosable levels. The common level is the basis that every change affects the three divisions equally and synchronously.
The biological conflict shock / DHS is meaningful
The properties of the DHS are manifold and can be experienced several times a day and are part of life. Nature gives us the possibility to overcome unexpected situations with adaptations. Through the activation of the autonomic nervous system, which enables the psychic change of compulsive thinking about finding solutions to deal with the situation, the body remains in a state of alert for as long as necessary and shuts down functions/needs such as sleeping and eating until a solution is found.
If a solution is not found or the conflict cannot be down-transformed, more energy reserves are constantly consumed than supplied. This often ends in exhaustion and, in the late stage, in death. It is therefore a matter of resolving the experienced conflict shock in a biologically appropriate time!
The content of the biological conflict is subjective
The experience and expression of a conflict shock differ in each person. Everyone accesses facets of their emotional palette differently. Each of us can, after the same events, at another time enter a different mental mood and therefore feel differently than the previous time. Depending on the conflict content, the meaningful biological special program (SBS) will give one or more impulses/responses and activate the specific organ that is most suitable for resolving the situation.
