Cause and Effect: Principles of BIOlogical Communication

BIOlogical Communication: Success, satisfaction and motivation are quickly achievable when the mechanisms are known
Laws in communication – Cause (thinking / intentions) and effects (behavior)
Author: Michael Gorsolke – complete story as PDF here
I began the development about 25 years ago. This development continues to this day, especially in the attempt to present the possible perspectives for business as briefly and understandably as possible. These laws are equally valid and transferable to the private sphere. I have packaged my experiences and considerations that led to these laws into a story in order to present the logical chain of considerations more clearly.
To better understand the considerations, it is advisable to compare them with one’s own life experience and to reflect on whether I (the reader) think in the same way as described in the story.
The story is intended to show the path from the societal way of thinking (artificial and subjective polarity) with its RIGHT and WRONG structure to a business-oriented way of thinking based on a natural polarity that is linked to two business reference points. (Polarity: the relationship of opposition between two mutually dependent, mutually conditioning moments)
Examples of natural and objective polarities: Inhalation – exhalation, tension – relaxation Examples of artificial and subjective polarities: right – wrong, good – evil
