What are colloidal metals?
In the case of genuine colloidal metals, these are very fine metal particles that float in water without forming a compound with the water – in contrast to ionic metal solutions. The size of the individual particles in the liquid dispersion lies between 1 and 20 nanometres (1 nm = one billionth of a metre). The way the particles are produced has a considerable influence on the properties and quality, depending on the process.
It all comes down to the manufacturing process
The elaborate high-voltage plasma process promises the best results. For only with this high-quality technology can one achieve the best possible quality of the colloids when used correctly: smallest particle size, highest energy content, long shelf life, suspended state. It is more effective, more energy-rich and more durable, has fewer deposits and is free from overdosing.
By contrast, chemical production (colloidal dispersion) or electrolytic production (ionic solution), both of which are often offered, are far cheaper. But caution: their disadvantages far outweigh the few advantages.

Application and dosage of colloidal metals
Especially at low concentrations (5-≤ 10 ppm) and small particle size (< 20 nm), colloidal metals have proven to be very effective. It is optimal to keep the colloidal solution in the mouth for 2 to 5 minutes so that the particles can migrate directly into the blood via the oral mucosa. Due to the positive electrical charge, a plastic or wooden spoon (no metal!) should be used for this.
Adults 2 times daily 1 tablespoon (approx. 15-30 ml each): 1 x in the morning on an empty stomach, 1 x in the evening before dinner
Children 2 times daily 1-2 teaspoons (approx. 5-15 ml each): 1 x in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 x in the evening before dinner
Toddlers 2 times daily 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (approx. 3-10 ml each), 1 x in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 x in the evening before dinner
Likewise, the affected areas can be sprayed thinly with a spray bottle. For internal applications, spray the liquid directly into the mouth. This way, the colloids are absorbed via the oral mucosa.
Concentration of colloidal metals
The range on the internet is huge and various concentrations are advertised. The concentration is usually given in ppm (Parts per Million) or mg/l. However, the idea that “more helps more” is deceptive, as a high concentration and small colloids exclude each other: the higher the concentration, the more and larger clusters form, which significantly reduce effectiveness and bioavailability. Concentrations of 10-20 ppm are sufficient and thus have the smallest possible particle size.
Especially with the high-voltage plasma process, the particles are very small (< 10 nm) and have a very high particle energy. For the high energy (10,000 volts, temperatures 3,000 – 4,000 °C as plasma) required to extract from the metal (lattice energy) is partially transferred to the resulting colloid particles. Therefore, it is better to take ≤ 10 ppm as a colloid twice daily than once 20 or 50 ppm. The actual ppm concentrations often differ greatly from the information on the product for some manufacturers.
