The Biological Conflicts in Diabetes Mellitus

Sugar mobilization via the liver
If the alpha cells of the pancreas produce too little glucagon, hypoglycemia occurs. Here there is the danger of a hypoglycemic shock or pre-shock states. The conflict theme is a fear-disgust conflict toward something or someone.
Insulin controls the introduction of sugar into the cells
If too little or no insulin is produced, there is underfunction of the beta cells and hyperglycemia occurs. Diabetes mellitus is often mistakenly referred to as an autoimmune disease in which the beta cells are said to die and destroy themselves because too little insulin is measurable in the blood. In hyperglycemia there is the danger of ketoacidosis and dehydration, that is, a water deficiency in the body. If the blood sugar level remains elevated over a long period, there is the danger of vascular damage and nerve damage.
The cause of the concrete conflict theme is a resistance conflict toward something or someone. Here are some examples of possible resistance conflicts:
• The boss suddenly and unexpectedly wants a conversation and his mood is not good.
• The first presentation in front of the assembled team is in a few minutes.
• Various examination situations with exam anxiety at school, university or in the workplace, in competitive situations in sports
• The unopened letter from the tax office lies on the table and one notices how blood pressure rises and the heartbeat accelerates
Both programs can also occur together and time-shifted. This complicates diagnostics because there is no constant with which to work. Blood sugar measurements are only second values, because throughout the day the body constantly analyzes and adjusts according to situation and perception.
What are possible situations in nature for resistance or fear-disgust conflicts?
One resists the impending fight or confrontation. It is like growling at the opponent before the fight begins, whereby the start of the fight would then be the resolution of the conflict.
The biological sense of the conflict-active phase lies in retaining the sugar so that enough is available during the actual fight. After resolution of the growling phase, that is, the beginning of the fight, the sugar shoots into the muscles and is immediately available for the fight.
This biological program is intended only for a very short period, which also works very well in animals in the wild – in nature the sniffing-out phase before a fight lasts at most a few minutes.
Different in humans, who put off their resistance or fear-disgust conflicts for hours, days or weeks and do not resolve them. It is important to understand that unresolved or postponed conflicts are the breeding ground for functional and tissue changes in the body. Over time they lead to complaints and illnesses that can become increasingly intense and chronic.

At this point once again the reminder that we should resolve our conflicts, which we experience every day, as quickly as possible and not put them off forever. Because the longer we wait to resolve the conflicts, the more functional and tissue changes take place.
